Your questions about using LiveIn
We suggest that you:
– Check first of all that your mobile device’s Wifi is correctly activated and connected to the same WiFi network as your LiveIn plug
– Check the status of your plug’s light – it must be fixed green
If it is flashing green, check that your WiFi network is available.
– Have you moved your LiveIn plug? It may be too far from your Internet Box.
If the problem persists, contact us.
Make sure that you have removed this scenario from any weekly program.
To do so, press the RESET button on the side of the plug. The light turns fixed red for 2 minutes.
Connect your mobile device to the temporary network transmitted by the LiveIn plug (SIMU_****).
Go to the general menu, “Edit”. Click on the PIN code. Modify your PIN code.
The equipment, scenarios and clocks remain programmed identically.
Moreover, any Internet or WiFi network malfunction will not prevent your LiveIn from running its weekly programming.
Only a power cut may prevent the programs from running correctly.
