Your questions about using LiveIn

Yes, because the LiveIn plug plays the programs without being connected to the phonbe or WiFi (the plug must simply be connected and in operating condition – fixed green coloured light).

We suggest that you:
– Check first of all that your mobile device’s Wifi is correctly activated and connected to the same WiFi network as your LiveIn plug
– Check the status of your plug’s light – it must be fixed green
If it is flashing green, check that your WiFi network is available.
– Have you moved your LiveIn plug? It may be too far from your Internet Box.

If the problem persists, contact us.

If any updates are available, you will find them in the general menu, “Update”.

No, except if an independent router is installed as the connection between the plug and the Smartphone or the tablet is made via a WiFi network.
Simply modify the WiFi network to which the LiveIn plug and the Smartphone or tablet connect.
The equipment, scenarios and clocks remain programmed identically.
No, the plug aligns with the time and geolocation of the last applicance to take control locally.
You can still control it locally. LiveIn actually only uses an Internet connection for remote control.
Moreover, any Internet or WiFi network malfunction will not prevent your LiveIn from running its weekly programming.
LiveIn has the advantage that it is independent of any Internet connections for running weekly programming. Everything is stored directly on the plug.
Only a power cut may prevent the programs from running correctly.
If you are at home, you will receive an error message if the WiFi order sent from your mobile was not received by your plug.
