COVID-19 INFORMATION – Exceptional restart plan

In this context of industry restart, we are fully mobilized to support you as closely as possible to your needs. The closure of some of our industrial & logistic facilities end of march, and the essential barrier measures implemented to guarantee the health and safety of all of our employees led to a reduction in our production capacity for several weeks, which still has an impact on our delivery times.
Be sure that we are fully mobilized to resolve these delays as quickly as possible.
We have implemented an exceptional restart plan with night shifts, Saturday and holiday shifts in our logistics platforms and main production sites. Furthermore, these sites & platforms will remain open during August.
Our sites are currently operating over 100% of their standard operating capacity. Our volume of production is increasing every week and allows us to gradually absorb our backlog.
Meanwhile, we are facing a very strong seasonal demand for sun protections, probably due to an early and warm spring, as well as the containment of millions of consumers at home. For awning activities, we are aiming for a return to normal service by the end of July. For the other activities (mainly roller shutters), we are aiming for a return to normal by September 2020.
All Somfy Group teams are doing everything possible to return to a stable situation as quickly as possible.
